The periareolar incision is a circumferential incision around the areola for a periareolar or crescent lift, the nipple-areola complex is moved up.
For vertical breast lift, we make a keyhole-shaped incision by making an incision around the areola, then vertically down towards your breast crease.
We make three incisions for anchor lift, including one cut around the areola, then vertically down towards your breast crease and horizontally along the breast crease.

Full breast lift surgery involves using all three incisions for better exposure and approach. In a modified breast lift, we use fewer incisions in case of mild sagging. After we make the right incision for you according to your specific size, shape, and need, we lift and reshape the underlying breast tissue to improve your breast contour and firmness.

We reposition the nipple and areola complex to a more natural and youthful height. If your areolas have stretched and enlarged, we reduce them by cutting the skin at the perimeter to more normal size.
